However, it's a totally client-focused service - anything and everything is possible to arrange, so please suggest your ideal supply and we'll make it work.

The final presentation of your photography is the culmination of not just my attendance on the day, but hours of careful selection and editing, backed up by years of experience. It is impossible to put a quantity on any given shoot, but usually the final set is in the region of 250-350 different images presented to a high standard, ready to keep or print in very high resolution..."

All the summary benefits noted below are available even if the commission is for limited hours (such as a Town Hall wedding with no preps or reception coverage).

  • This is available at £425.00 per hour, with the minimum booking of 2 hours.

Photography & high resolution set...

If books aren't a priority – or perhaps you want to wait and decide later - then this choice simply includes the high resolution copy of the wedding master set, delivered to you via digital transfer or on a USB stick.

Photography & bespoke handcrafted book...

This option includes a stunning 80 page A3 art book featuring 300gsm fine art pages,  beautifully presented in an optional box/case for that extra touch of quality. Extra pages can be added at nominal cost and a choice of paper finish is available. Click here for detailed info.

Production overview: a draft layout will be created for you, which you can amend until you're totally happy with your book’s design. There are several choices when it comes to the album cover, overall dimension and/or page finish. It all comes down to personal taste. Samples of the various options can be viewed during an initial meeting.

Ordering your book at this stage saves money based on commissioning just photography (as in Option A) and then ordering a book as a stand-alone purchase.

You will also receive the wedding master set in high resolution, delivered to you via digital transfer or on a USB stick.

Summary...

Regardless of which option you choose, the service includes:

  • Unlimited attendance time unless otherwise agreed (or a Micro Wedding commisison).

  • Preview set of key images (approx 20) delivered within 24 hours, usually during the wedding day.

  • The full master set is available to view/download around a month after the wedding day.

  • The master set in high resolution via Dropbox or sent direct via WeTransfer.

  • Unlimited usage rights to all material supplied.

  • All expenses within a 100-mile radius.

  • Payment of deposit and/or balance via BACS, credit card, Apple Pay or Paypal.

Please note :

  • During extremely busy periods the delivery of the master set may be a little later than usual (this would be advised).

  • Each option is subject to a non-refundable deposit of £400.00, made at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced for payment 30 days prior to the wedding date.

  • Relevant flights/hotels are charged at cost. Travel day expenses may apply unless otherwise agreed.

  • 2nd & 3rd photographer options by arrangement.

  • Public liability insurance & prof indemnity is assured.

  • Stand alone book options start at £850.00.

Personal & Engagement portraits...

This is usually a short session lasting two or three hours, shot on-location. The process is relaxed, enjoyable and the results are completely natural. The shoot is delivered in high resolution and uploaded to a password protected online gallery for family and friends to view. Note: this service is for clients who require portraits for private use only.
