Zap! Two hours of vitamin D. That’s what La La Land felt like. I absolutely adored this movie - the colours, the musical numbers, its message of ‘let’s just go for it’ and, above all, its sheer commitment to old style movie making.
This is a film that I think will forever change my approach to shooting dancing at weddings. From here on in I’m rolling up sleeves and not worrying too much about the technical this and that. I'm just going to focus on nailing the sheer fun of those first few tracks after the first dance.
